Jessica advises clients primarily in the energy, regulatory and competition areas. She has a particular focus on advising clients in the Australian energy industry in relation to the new energy transition, including new energy trials and projects, as well as advising on retail, wholesale market and network contracting and regulation. Jessica has advised on a number of key regulatory and legislative reforms in the electricity industry.

Jessica is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
