Jens' practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions, joint-ventures, and corporate governance. 

He has extensive experience in private and public M&A, including in regulated sectors such as financial services and insurance, as well as related litigation (shareholder conflicts, earn-out disputes, warranty claims, directors & officers liability). 

Additionally, Jens regularly advises traditional and disruptive players on financial services regulations (including payment services, e-money and tokenization) and on all aspects of data privacy compliance. 

Jens is fluent in English, German and French. Prior to joining HFW, Jens worked at a leading international law firm in Paris for 14 years.

He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2005.
