In addition, she has substantial experience in insurance law, including both first party and third party litigation, as well as coverage opinions.

Jeanie's recent work includes:

  • Obtaining a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in a heavy weather passenger personal injury case in the Southern District of Texas.
  • Succeeding on petition for writ of mandamus to the First District Court of Appeals of Texas on issue regarding independent neuropsychological examination of a plaintiff claiming brain injury.

Jeanie is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She spent three (winter) months seconded to Catlin (now XL Catlin) in London in 2015.
