Jaye is an asset finance lawyer specialising in shipping and offshore sectors.

Jaye advises financial institutions and shipowners on shipping finance, leasing and restructuring transactions and ship sale and purchase. She has experience in limited recourse project financings in the offshore oil and gas sector for LNG vessels and FPSOs. Jaye has also supported clients on loan portfolio acquisitions in both the shipping and aviation industry.

Jaye has previously worked in asset finance teams in London and five years in Singapore where she developed her knowledge of the Asian shipping and offshore market. During her time in Singapore, Jaye was also seconded to a pre-eminent banking group to support their shipping and aviation commercial desk.
