More about Jarrod

Jarrod specialises in construction and engineering law. He advises parties at every level of the supply chain on all stages of the projects (from procurement through to contract completion), with a particular focus on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution.

Handling high-value, complex, multi-party transnational disputes, Jarrod's practice extends to construction and engineering advice on a range of projects, such as sports stadia, hospitals, high rise mixed-use towers, agricultural-facilities and wind-farms.

Jarrod has experience in all forms of dispute resolution in the construction industry including, pre-dispute project advice, informal conciliation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. He is experienced in all stages of dispute resolution, from drafting the dispute resolution mechanism best suited to the matter, providing strategic advice on procedure, to final hearing and enforcement.

Jarrod's clients appreciate his straightforward, pragmatic and highly commercial approach to the law and his ability to provide project and administration advice to avoid disputes wherever possible.
