Helen Chen (陈海伦) transferred from the BVI office to the Commodities Disputes team in London in July 2022. Helen has offshore experience in fraud and insolvency work and is now broadening her practice to include commodities and energy trading, shipbuilding and yacht-related disputes both in court proceedings and arbitration. Helen is dual-qualified in England and Wales and the BVI and speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
