More about Hao-Ling

Hao-Ling specialises in commercial litigation, with particular focus on the areas of fraud, banking, corporate and personal insolvency and shipping. She has worked on various complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, acting for a range of clients including banks, insurers, ship-owners, charterers and other corporations. She has extensive experience in insolvency matters and has acted for liquidators and creditors in various high-profile insolvencies. She also has substantial expertise in obtaining injunctions, asset tracing and securing proceeds of fraud.

Prior to joining the Hong Kong office, Hao-Ling worked in HFW's London and Shanghai office. Hao-Ling is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong. She speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.

Hao-Ling is part of HFW's global marine piracy team who were awarded the Corporate Social Responsibility Award at the Lloyd's List Global Awards 2015 ceremony. She also regularly advises for the Hong Kong Government Duty Lawyer Service.
