HFW Seminar: Delay and penalties under EPC contracts
Delay and the related penalties are a major cause of disputes on projects. Holman Fenwick Willan's construction team, who have a wealth of experience in large international infrastructure and energy projects, will be hosting a seminar on understanding and managing this aspect of construction contracts.

HFW Partners Nick Longley and Robert Blundell will look at the most common issues that arise in relation to delay, its measurement and impact on a project. We will also consider the impact of liquidated damages and other penalty clauses and their varying interpretation in civil law and common law jurisdictions around the world by reference to true life examples.
