HFW's construction team is hosting a seminar looking at developments in key areas of construction law during 2015.

Summary

This seminar is being run both as a breakfast seminar on Wednesday 3 February and also as an early evening seminar on Thursday 4 February. The speakers will analyse the following issues:

• The Supreme Court's re-assessment of the law relating to the enforceability of LADs.
• The Court of Appeal decision in Højgaard v E.ON, looking at the interpretation of contradictory technical specifications and performance requirements in construction contracts.
• Landmark Court of Appeal decision on adjudications relating to payment notices.
