Summary

HFW Partner Craig Neame will chair the seminar and Partner Alistair Mackie, Senior Associate Matthew Gore and Associate Matthew Wilmshurst will discuss the Landlord Port Authority model, going on to focus on stakeholder relationships and the liability regimes associated with these. They will then take a closer look at one of the key stakeholder relationships, that between a terminal and its users, both from a contractual and liability perspective.
