Anthony and Catherine will be taking part in the workshop on day one looking at Collaboration and Clever Contracting and presenting on the topic of "Collaboration, is it legal?" whilst Matthew will be presenting on the topic of "What are the legal considerations for index linked contracting?".

Matthew will be a panellist on day 2 of the conference, focussing on index-linked contracts - Is index-linked contracting a means of dealing with freight rate volatility?
