Frédéric's practice focuses on banking and finance transactions. He advises a range of clients including borrowers, sponsors, banks, lenders, state owned entities and corporate clients on financing transactions in France and abroad. Prior to joining HFW, Frédéric has worked on financing transactions for an international law firm in Luxembourg and a boutique law firm in France.
