Erwan specialises in transportation law, in particular shipping law. He assists and represents carriers, shipowners, freight forwarders and charterers in their various legal issues, ranging from legal advices to litigation.
Before joining HFW, Erwan was a legal advisor in the legal department of a major port and railways operator, during which time he was able to manage various legal issues, from company creation to criminal litigation, concerning the group's port, rail and shipping agency subsidiaries.
Erwan is fluent in French and English. He is a member of the Paris Bar.
