Max and Katherine will discuss the following issues:
- The current approach of the English Courts to the interpretation of contracts, including a recent change of emphasis by the UK Supreme Court.
- Different standards of design liability.
- Development of fitness for purpose and reasonable skill and care obligations: where are we at the beginning of 2018?
This seminar is being run both as a breakfast seminar on Tuesday 27 February and also as an early evening seminar on Wednesday 28 February.
