Clémentine is a junior associate at HFW in Geneva.

She has experience with trade finance, corporate and public international law matters, as well as commercial law disputes. Her non-contentious experience includes advising on structured and commodity trade finance, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements as well as commercial contracts and legal opinions in many areas of English law.

Before joining HFW, Clémentine trained with a leading US law firm in London.

Clémentine is fluent in French and English.

Clémentine is qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
