Summary

HFW Partners Brian Perrott and Damian Honey will be speaking on panels discussing 'Legal professional privilege: the future', and 'What should we do about discovery/disclosure?' With the English Court of Appeal's judgment awaited in the privilege case: ENRC v SFO, and the forthcoming English litigation disclosure pilot, both topics are not only key to litigation, but highly topical.
