Art is an associate in the Houston office and a member of the firm's insurance and reinsurance section.

Art's experience includes, maritime and admiralty, commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation, assisting in appellate proceedings, and personal injury defense. Art has experience representing insurance carriers in catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Similarly, Art has assisted in several insurance coverage disputes, ranging from minor car wrecks, to million-dollar claims.

Art has assisted in trials involving a mixed bag of issues, including breach of contract, fraud, DTPA, personal injury claims, and trade secrets.

Art is admitted and qualified to practice in all Texas state courts and before all U.S. District Courts in Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
