Anne is a construction and major projects lawyer based in Sydney. She specialises in the resolution of complex construction disputes and assists clients with contract administration in all phases of Project Delivery including during procurement, design and construction, and operation and maintenance.
Anne has conducted litigations in the courts, commercial arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation for a range of clients including principals, contractors, JV partners, investors and developers across a number of industries including construction, mining, agri-business, IT and dredging.
Anne is admitted in New South Wales, and qualified in both France and Australia. She is also bilingual in English and French and fluent in Spanish.
