More about Anisha

Anisha is a qualified solicitor of England and Wales and an Avocat à la Cour with the Paris bar.

Anisha specialises in international transportation and trade, with a particular focus on cross-border commercial disputes and transactions in shipping, commodities and trade.

Anisha acts for a range of clients including traders, owners, charterers and insurers in the resolution of disputes, before the courts and in ad hoc and institutional international arbitration (ICC, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, LCIA). Her experience includes disputes arising from maritime casualties, charterparties, bills of lading, collateral management contracts, shipbuilding contracts and contracts for the sale and purchase of goods.

Anisha also advises clients in relation to international projects and asset financing, with a niche focus on the acquisition of vessels for demolition and the regulatory framework on the shipment and handling of waste.

Anisha speaks French, Spanish and Hindi.

We are working with clients across our international network to help them minimise the impact of COVID-19 on their business and to prepare for what's next. To find out more, visit our dedicated Covid-19 hub.
