Amber is an Associate in our Sydney office and specialises in dispute resolution in the areas of transport, shipping and logistics.
Her work involves advising on contentious matters in the supply chain industry
ranging from charterparty and bill of lading disputes to cargo claims and
carriage of goods issues, ship arrests, as well as general commercial
litigation, disputes and procedural issues.
Amber also advises on a range of regulatory issues including the unfair
contract terms regime under the Australian Consumer Law, cyber security
compliance and compliance under the National Law and Heavy Vehicle National
Law.
Amber was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in
February 2017 and has appeared in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme
Court, District Court, and Local Court of New South Wales, as well as the New
South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
