Alix regularly acts in commercial and corporate matters. Alix has experience with corporate matters and commercial law disputes as well as in debt collection and bankruptcy proceedings, labour law and white-collar crime, in both judiciary and consultancy. Her non-contentious experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, share purchase agreements, asset deals, shareholder's agreements as well as employment and commercial contracts.

Before joining HFW, Alix trained with a well-renowned and leading Swiss law firm with particular focus in litigation, including pleading before the civil and criminal courts. She also worked for another Swiss law firm focusing on commercial law and disputes.

Alix holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions.

Alix is qualified in Switzerland.
