More about Aline

Aline is a partner in the Corporate Finance department of HFW's Paris office. Aline has developed over twenty-five years of expertise in private and public M&A, stock exchange transactions, capital issues, IPOs, financial services and corporate governance. She advises listed and unlisted groups, insurance companies, financial institutions, fintech and investment funds.

On the litigation side, she advises on disputes relating to equity transactions or liability guarantees, shareholder disputes, including in situations of activism, as well as investigations into market abuse or liability actions by managers and auditors, and liability insurance policies.

She also advises on pre-insolvency, restructuring, corporate insolvency and bankruptcy.

Aline is regularly recognized as a "European Legal Expert" in M&A by Legal 500 EMEA and she is regularly ranked as "Excellent" by Leaders League for corporate, securities and finance litigation before the AMF and ACPR, as well as for listed operations and commercial litigation. She is also recognized as a “renowned practitioner” in capital markets, shares and convertible bonds issuances.

Aline is the Chairperson of the French Capital Market Lawyers Association (ADB), and a member of the HEC Alumni, Finance and capital market group and the legal committee of ANSA (the National Association of French Corporations created in 1930).

The Paris office advises on maritime and air transportation issues, insurance, reinsurance, industrial risks, infrastructure and construction, energy, international trade and commodities.

The office has a strong reputation in the field of commercial litigation and arbitration and has built a significant transactional practice over recent years, advising on corporate, financial, commercial law and international projects.
