About Terry
Terry is an Associate in HFW’s Shipping Team. He specialises in asset finance transactions and general corporate and commercial cases, ranging from ship finance, ship sale-and-leaseback, ship sale and purchase, general finance, joint ventures, funds formation and regulatory compliance matters for Hong Kong listed companies.
Terry also has experience in handling cross-jurisdictional commercial transactions for multinational companies including banks and financial institutions. He has extensive experience in communicating with Hong Kong regulatory authorities (including the HKEx and SFC) and advising on general corporate and commercial matters including joint ventures, funds formation and rescue and restructuring of distressed companies.
Terry is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
