•Acting for a state-owned energy company on the disposal of a 20% interest to investors, including structuring the deal, carrying due diligence and reporting and preparing heads of terms and the sale documents.
•Advising a multinational bank on the sale of an interest in a syndicated loan facility and the challenge by a third party of the validity of the sale, in relation to a large transport and water infrastructure projects.
•Preparing MOUs, strategic partnership agreements and referral agreement templates for a global financial advisory services company.
•Utilising various technologies including AI program in due diligence, transaction eBibling, contract review and document automation software to achieve business efficiency, generate cost savings for clients and meet clients' legal needs.
