  • Restrictive covenants and confidentiality: drafting effective non-compete and other restrictive covenants; and handling and seeking to prevent team moves including breach of confidence, garden leave and restraint of trade injunctions in the High Court

  • Discrimination: avoiding and defending claims of discrimination and harassment/bullying, including claims on grounds of race, sex, age and disability

  • Trade unions: advising on official and unofficial strikes and other industrial action, including ITF issues, trade union recognition and negotiation of collective agreements

  • Regulatory: advising on disciplinary and regulatory proceedings by trade associations, professional bodies and official agencies

  • Advising on extraterritorial employment issues

  • Advising on international secondments and repatriation
