What we do Experience

• Advising London Underground Limited in respect of issues arising out of the forthcoming major (£3 bn) upgrade of the Thameslink line.

• Advising an Asian industrial construction company on construction contracts and sub-contracts for two mobile semi-submersible drilling units (value in excess of US$800 m).

• Acting in a dispute between major European and South American groups in respect of a joint venture to convert, operate and supply an FPSO to the UK sector of the North Sea concerning cost and time overruns in connection with the conversion and upgrade works of in excess of £100 m.

• Acting on behalf of the largest UK industrial property company in respect of a series of proceedings arising out of the construction of a new bullion centre in London's Docklands for one of the UK clearing banks.

• Acting in a £100 m claim involving issues of piling fraud arising out of the construction of a mass transit railway station in Hong Kong.
