The Shanghai office specialises in all aspects of international commercial maritime and admiralty law, corporate, ship sale and purchase, new buildings, ship repair and conversion, insurance, commodities and trade. The office conducts litigation, arbitration and mediation in several jurisdictions and advises clients trading with and within China. It also advises on joint venture and inward investment projects throughout China.
Henry Fung and Patrick Yeung, partners in our Hong Kong office, also spend much of their time in our Shanghai office, supporting our PRC practice.
