Wing assists clients in relation to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on legal and regulatory issues arising under the Hong Kong listing rules and takeovers code. Additionally, Wing's practice has a strong emphasis on regulatory enforcement and compliance, particularly in relation to inquiries, investigations, disciplinary and other proceedings initiated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In conjunction with other colleagues in the Firm, Wing also advises clients on international trade sanctions to support initial public offerings.

Wing started his career as a civil litigator and subsequently became a public prosecutor for the Hong Kong Government. He was also the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong, where he was responsible for coordinating policy and other matters among government bureaus and external bodies of the Hong Kong Government. Before re-joining private practice, Wing was a law draftsman in the Department of Justice of Hong Kong. He regularly attended meetings of the Executive Council and Legislative Council of Hong Kong as well as drafted legislation. Wing is qualified in Hong Kong, England & Wales and the Greater Bay Area

张律师起初是一名民事诉讼律师，后来成为香港政府的检控官。他也是香港律政司司长的行政助理，负责协调香港政府各部门与对外机构之间的政策及其他事宜。在重新加入私人执业领域之前，张律师是香港律政司的法律起草人员。他定期出席香港行政会议和立法会，并草拟立法。

张律师拥有香港、大湾区、英格兰及威尔斯执业资格。
