Variations are the single most common cause of dispute on construction projects. Holman Fenwick Willan will be hosting a seminar focused on understanding and managing this aspect of construction contracts.

This seminar will be focussed on looking at the three most significant issues that arise in relation to variations and change orders:

• Disputes about what the contract scope includes and whether an item of work is extra
• Variation Instructions and Change Orders: Can a contractor claim for extra money and time without an Instruction or Order?
• Can a contractor refuse to undertake a Variation or Change?
