HFW Partners James Mackay and Nick Roberson will be leading this two day course which aims to enhance industry understanding and issues surrounding the use of Bills of Lading and Charterparties in practice. The course will look at Bills of Lading’ multiple functions to enhance operational efficiency, discuss recent developments and practical scenarios to understand the problems faced when using standard, combined, electronic and through Bills of Lading. The Hague-Visby rules, time charters & voyage charters as well as dispute resolution and claims handling will also be discussed.
