Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in acting for listed property trusts, developers, landlords and tenants in all areas of commercial property law across all asset classes, and in each jurisdiction in Australia. In particular, Thomas has extensive experience with large scale leasing, sales and acquisitions, financing documents and property development.

He has advised clients on vendor and purchaser due diligence, tenancy disputes and insolvency issues as well as green building issues and water rights.

Thomas also acts for a number of listed and unlisted funds and is familiar with the manner in which these funds operate and the commercial drivers for these investment platforms.
