The Shipping Law Review (second edition)

The Shipping Law Review (second edition) is an important legal book for the shipping sector, edited again by HFW.

The book is of use for handling shipping disputes in a range of jurisdictions, as the volume contains a summary of key shipping law provisions in more than 40 countries. HFW has contributed the chapters on Australia, China, England & Wales, France, Hong Kong and Switzerland. The firm has also co-authored chapters on the shipping law of Greece and Singapore.

Additionally, we have sought contributions from leading firms on the law of the other major maritime states. The book covers key flag states, the countries where most shipping companies are located and the law of the major shipbuilding nations, along with other jurisdictions.

HFW has also written chapters on important developments affecting the global shipping industry in relation to piracy, marine insurance, shipbuilding, logistics, and competition and regulatory law.
