The Energy Regulation and Markets Review (sixth edition) published by the Law Reviews in July this year looks at key issues including climate change and energy infrastructure developments, issues surrounding nuclear power generation and the liberalisation of the energy sector and markets across 32 different jurisdictions.

HFW Partner, Georges Racine was invited to author this year's chapter on Switzerland in which he reviews the Swiss energy regulatory regime, and takes a critical look at energy market liberalisation, electricity transmission/.transportation and distribution services and renewable energy and conservation issues in Switzerland.
