Shipping & Transport Law Seminar

HFW will be hosting a shipping and transport law seminar, presenting two papers on the afternoon of Tuesday 18 November 2014. The session will begin with "Collisions: The importance of being quickest" which will be presented by HFW Partners Kaare Langeland and Toby Stephens, who will look at modern trends in casualty investigation and the implications for forum shopping and limitation of liability.

The second paper on "Combined transport: A patchwork of regimes" will be presented by HFW Partner Justin Reynolds and Associate Matthew Wilmshurst, who will look at potential issues arising out of a combined transport movement from the Far East to Europe.
