Sanctions Update Seminar

As part of our ongoing series of events charting progress towards the eventual lifting of most EU sanctions against Iran, as well as the latest developments in Russia, Holman Fenwick Willan Partners Daniel Martin and Anthony Woolich will host a practical workshop on international trade sanctions, looking at the latest developments and outlining best practices to ensure compliance.

Summary

They will focus on the latest EU and US legislative action (including the EU Decision and Regulations and the US waivers which were published on 18 October), and provide practical guidance to assist companies in navigating this hugely complex area. Sessions will cover the likely scope and timeframe of sanctions relief, as well as the permitted activities prior to the sanctions being lifted.
