Paul was a panellist during the afternoon session on Institutional Arbitration at Work: A SIAC Perspective. The session addressed the role played by an institution in administering arbitrations and the manner in which a SIAC administered arbitration can help users to achieve a cost-effective and efficient arbitral process. Panellists also discussed the importance of drafting an arbitration clause correctly, the use of the SIAC Panel of Arbitrators and the independence and impartiality of arbitrators.
