Yaman and Paul will be giving a talk on "Contract Risk and Chartering Disputes in the Region" on day 2 of the conference, and Paul, Yaman and Simon will all present the post-conference workshop on OSV Chartering Disputes. The workshop will address types of chartering contracts, clauses, provisions and legal considerations with specific reference to contentious areas and disputes.
