For this seminar, Singapore-based partner Chanaka Kumarasinghe will be joined by Jakarta-based Haydn Dare, Senior International Counsel, and Jakarta partner Dwi Anita Daruherdani.

They will discuss an actual case study of a project offshore Indonesia, which experienced weather delays, delays in local approvals and increased costs. HFW also advised in respect of how to manage the resulting dispute, which was subject to mediation and arbitration in Jakarta.
