The continuing uncertainty over the price of oil has created a tremendous strain on the performance of offshore contracts entered into at a time when oil prices were much higher. HFW Partners Paul Aston and Chanaka Kumarasinghe have between them decades of experience in advising on project contract negotiation and dispute resolution in the offshore and energy sector. In this seminar Paul and Chanaka, along with Associates Adam Richardson and Suzanne Meiklejohn, will be addressing how best to manage offshore contract performance and potential termination risks with reference to their experiences and relevant case law.
