James Lewis has over 25 years’ experience in a broad range of international and domestic corporate finance transactions; IPOs and equity and debt issues, acting for the issuer and the sponsor/broker; public and private mergers and acquisitions (including by takeover offer and scheme of arrangement); and redomicile transactions and reorganisations. James has advised on numerous transactions in the insurance industry, including in particular international insurance groups and those operating in the Lloyd's, London and Bermuda insurance markets and in the energy, mineral resources sectors and commodities sector. James joined HFW as a Partner in June 2012 from another leading international law firm.
