Building on the positive response to the first "Introduction to Shipping" series of talks, Holman Fenwick Willan is delighted to invite you to the next series of three introductory seminars, this time focused on Admiralty issues. The first seminar in the Admiralty series will concentrate on common casualty scenarios, particularly in relation to collisions, fires, groundings and piracy incidents. The seminar will conclude with an open floor discussion of the immediate considerations for P&I claims handlers in a casualty scenario. The second seminar in the series will focus on salvage and wreck removal. In the final seminar we will consider issues relating to jurisdiction, limitation of liability and security.
