The current business environment has seen insolvencies increase, this is particularly the case in the construction industry. In this seminar we will look at the legal implications of insolvency (and the threat of insolvency) on a construction project. Our guest experts, Costa Nicodemou and Peter Krejci (Principals at BRI Ferrier) will draw on their experience in construction insolvencies to explain what happens, practically, when a contractor goes insolvent while working on a project.

- What it means to be insolvent and why it is so prevalent in the construction industry.
