Jerry splits his time between commercial disputes and transactional work. His practice involves a significant amount of time working with insurers in the London Market as well as representing US companies in all manner of litigation and transactional issues. He handles commercial matters, subrogation files for insurers, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury suits, and a wide array of liability claims in both state and federal courts in Texas and other states, as well as before the US Supreme Court.

Jerry has advised clients on a range of matters relating to first party and third party insurance claims in both the marine and non-marine areas, focusing on all aspects of property claims, cargo claims, personal injury and trucking claims. He has spoken to numerous clients and defense groups regarding issues of coverage, bad faith claims handling, indemnity and additional insured claims.
