HFW Partner Michael Sergeant, who wrote the leading book on project changes, Construction Contract Variations, will be speaking on this topic. Leading quantum expert, Lee Barry, will also be speaking.

This breakfast seminar will cover:

• How issues concerning variations can be resolved, when common problems in relation to scope changes on projects arise.
• The importance of record keeping on construction projects and how to measure impact of disruption to the works.

These talks will be followed by an open discussion on some topical issues affecting the construction industry in Kuwait, led by a panel comprising Michael Sergeant, Lee Barry and members of HFW's and Driver Trett's Middle East teams.
