HFW Seminar: Commodities Supper Seminar

HFW will be hosting the first of their Commodities evenings.

Summary

These evening events (continuing on into 2016) will be an opportunity to hear from keynote speakers on a range of topics affecting the commodities and related markets. The first event will conclude with a short reception to allow for networking with peers and enjoy a pre-Christmas theme (with obligatory mince pies and mulled wine!)

Topics covered include:

• Robert Bright QC: OW The Court of Appeal Got It Right - and the wider implications for similar contracts.
• Simon Rainey QC: The Global Santosh - in particular whether rules of contractual construction are likely to be refined by the Supreme Court.
