Summary

Following the highly successful Arbitration Symposium in March, CDR returns to the subject of international arbitration, as they assess the state of the market going forward into 2018.

HFW Partner Brian Perrott will be speaking at the conference, discussing issues including the future of investor-state investment disputes and how to manage emergency arbitrations. Specialist areas such as tax arbitrations, and the potential for costs orders against third-party funders will also be looked at throughout the day.
