BIMCO Mock Trial - "Trial by Media, Trial by Law

HFW is pleased to be sponsoring this mock trial, which first showcased at the BIMCO AGM in Dubai earlier this year and is now being brought to the stage in London.

Summary

This is an interactive, role-playing event about the dramatic aftermath of a bunker spill in a US river. Real shipping professionals demonstrate the fall-out of a spill - how media and arbitrators may have very different views about who is liable. HFW Partner Hugh Brown is part of the original film from the Dubai event and HFW Partner Marcus Bowman will take part in the role play of this trial.
