We both advise and participate in many mediations globally, undertaking mediations both as an independent process and in parallel with existing court and arbitration proceedings. We have been successful in securing multi-million-pound settlements for clients, whilst avoiding the expense and disruption of a protracted hearing.

All our litigators are trained in ADR techniques, particularly mediation. We support and are members of CEDR, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. Many of our Partners are also CEDR-accredited and we leverage their experience to assist clients in their mediations.

Our experienced lawyers are well-versed in adjudication, particularly within the construction and engineering sectors. With a statutory right to adjudication present in most commercial contracts, this process is known for its fast pace.
